Stearns Retail Announces new RVP for the Carolinas
Stearns announced that industry veteran Kevin Dilday has joined the company’s leadership team as Regional Vice President for the Carolinas of the Retail business channel. In this role, Dilday’s responsibilities include oversight of loan production, growth, and business development efforts in throughout the region.
“Kevin is an impressively well-rounded leader with depth of experience in sales, operations, business development, loan servicing and compliance functions. We are excited to add such an accomplished industry veteran to our team,” said Stearns National Head of Retail Lending Tony Taveekanjana.
Dilday brings nearly 25 years of experience to Stearns Retail, and will be based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Prior to joining Stearns, Dilday served as National Production Executive for Hamilton Group, a privately held mortgage banking firm based in Florida.
With a track record of building and growing profitable retail mortgage teams, Dilday has held sales leadership roles with Bank of America and Citibank, as well as Stonegate and Hamilton. Profitable production growth was the hallmark of Dilday’s achievements at each of these firms. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Mount Olive University in North Carolina.

My goals are heightening business development efforts and recruiting top talent with a view toward further growth of the company’s retail footprint in the Carolinas and throughout the Mid-Atlantic,” Dilday said.
