Stearns' CAO Blythe Hughs Captures the Prestigious 2017 Women of Influence Award
Stearns Lending, LLC announced that Chief Administrative Officer Blythe Hughes has been named a 2017 Women of Influence Award winner, a prestigious honor bestowed by HousingWire that recognizes the women leading the mortgage and housing industry forward.
Hughes’s award recognizes her tangible accomplishments over the last 12 months, including implementation of talent assessment tools and protocols that help ensure that Stearns is selecting, developing and promoting people with a high probability of success in a given role.
“With Blythe Hughes leading the charge, Stearns is relentless in our pursuit of improving the employee experience and being the employer of choice in the mortgage industry,” said Stearns CEO David Schneider.
Hughes is renowned for her ability to create dynamic strategies and spur the teams that she leads to collaboratively achieve goals. By bringing her leadership skills to focus on enhancements to employee recognition programs, employee benefits, and evolution of the company’s I Can Help You! Culture, Hughes also has been the driving force behind Stearns’ reduction in employee turnover.
“Blythe is an exceptional leader with an unmatched ability to help others achieve their professional goals,” said Stearns COO James Hecht. “We congratulate her on receiving this well-deserved honor.”
Hughes is among 50 of the industry’s most elite, talented women to be honored in the seventh annual Women of Influence award program.
